AUC estimates from logistic regression for 10-year disease onset. Clocks pre-adjusted for volunteer relatedness and estimated white cell proportions. Standardised clock residuals were then added to a null regression model, adjusting for age, sex, BMI, smoking, alcohol, education and deprivation. The P-value filters correspond to the estimates from the Cox regression analyses.
