Use this tool to explore the phenotype data available in the Generation Scotland resource and to prepare your data request applications.
Search by cohort to view subsets of participants, including the baseline data collection and GS recontact studies. Variables are grouped by topic for easy selection. Use the search box to filter by keywords. Once you have selected the variables, you can copy them or download the list as a TXT file and include it in your data request application to specify your data requirements.
